Shipping and Delivery Policies

Delivery Times: Shipping times vary depending on the delivery location and the selected courier service. The estimated preparation and shipping time is 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.  

Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated before finalizing your purchase and will be covered by the customer, unless a "Free Shipping" promotion applies under the conditions current on the Website.  

Delivery Address: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide an accurate, complete address with references. Alan Ampudia Store is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
